Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a skilled Analyst to join the Salesforce Lead Strategy Team in our Residential Team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring data quality, generating insightful performance reports, and supporting market research initiatives to inform strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with other teams to streamline data collection processes, build & maintain accurate reporting dashboards, and produce actionable insights that will drive the success of our business.
What you'll do:
- Program Portfolio Management: Analyze program and portfolio data to develop metrics, benchmarks, and actionable insights.
- Data quality assurance: Oversee the accuracy and integrity of insights data across various platforms, implement and monitor data validation processes to ensure consistency and reliability in reports, and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create, maintain, and optimize performance dashboards & regular reports translated from business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Providing actionable insights that shape opportunity sizing, and sales growth. Actively support the rollout of new processes, standards, best practices, solutions, and techniques. Lead small initiatives in partnership with other teams, as needed.
What you bring:
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience (e.g. project management, PMO, business analysis).
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, excel), data amalgamation (e.g. Alteryx), and data mining techniques (SQL or Python) are considered valuable assets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports integrated with SharePoint, databases, and other platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including storytelling, data visualization, and clear reporting, with the confidence to present and engage in Q&A with cross-functional teams.
- Strong curiosity and adaptability, thriving in both collaborative and independent work environments.
- Salesforce, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are good to have.

- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Extremely diligent and attention to details.
- Effective communicator at all levels with excellent English writing skills.
- Ability to cope under pressure and balance multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of project management
