Inventory/Administrative Specialist

Anstett Jewellers is seeking an Inventory Control / Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mentality. The Inventory Control / Administrator is responsible for ensuring all inventory, invoices and other transactions are processed, allocated to proper accounts, and accurately entered in the inventory program and the accounting software program. Manages and organizes the company's inventory, ensuring accurate record keeping and efficient stock levels, utilizes the inventory software and maintain the inventory reports.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Inventory Control / Administrator:
· Ensures that the incoming inventory matched against the PO and matched to the invoice
· Ensures that the incoming product is inspected for damages or imperfections
· Enter inventory into the inventory program and verify that it balances to the invoice
· Ability to price inventory based on schedules provided
· Enter invoices into Quickbooks and coded correctly
· Communicate professionally, order merchandise when needed, verify and follow up on returns to companies, including following up on credits owed for returned inventory
· Invoice trade accounts for repairs and coordinate delivery/pick-up for job bags
· Enter payments for trade accounts and match up corresponding invoices
· Prepare labels and manage shipping as required
· General office duties, such as directing phones, answering incoming calls, checking emails, talking with and following up with vendors, etc.
· Maintain listing of all outgoing items and follow-up as required
· Maintain and re-order office supplies and store items as required
· Assist with daily set-up and break-down of displays
· Assist with bank deposits as required
· Assist with daily cash-out at end of shift
· Assist at the front counter and answering the phone, calling customers when necessary

Qualifications Required:
· Quickbooks
· Microsoft Office Skills
· General Math Skills
· Attention to detail
· Organization & Thoroughness
· Multitasking to a high degree
Experience:
- Inventory Control and Inventory Software Management min 3 years (preferred)
- Operated a POS System min 3 years (preferred)
- Customer Service, Knowledge and Understanding Retail
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
