At Three Step Fitness Pilates Physio Clinic, we combine hands-on manual therapy with exercise-based rehabilitation, including Clinical Pilates, active rehab, and functional training. Who We're Looking For:

  • Licensed kinesiologists (BCAK certification required) passionate about guiding clients through exercise-based rehabilitation.
  • Strong assessment skills and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to clients.
  • Practitioners who enjoy working with motivated, proactive clients and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Multilingual abilities (Korean, Chinese, Persian) are an asset.
  • Comfortable representing yourself and the clinic on social media and in public.
  • Pilates certification is a plus.

Specific Work Terms and Conditions:

Work terms can be discussed upon submission of your resume. We offer both employee and contractor positions, depending on your preferred work arrangement:

  • Employee positions: Hourly rate, with the opportunity for long-term growth as you build your client base and advance your skills.
  • Contractor positions: Commission-based, ideal for those who prefer flexible arrangements while growing their practice.

Preferred Work Dates and Hours:

We are currently looking for kinesiologists to cover the following times, but these are flexible and will expand as we move to our new, larger location:

  • Monday and Wednesday Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 5-7PM
  • Friday: 8:15 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

FAQ: Pilates Training

We offer a three-level Pilates training program for our practitioners:

  • Level 1: Basic Pilates, Basic Anatomy & Biomechanics (mandatory before beginning work)
  • Level 2: Intensive Pilates, Advanced Biomechanics, and Nutrition (optional)
  • Level 3: Advanced Pilates Training with Practical Application (optional)

Course Fee: $2,880 per module. For TSF staff, the fee is 50% of the regular price and, under certain conditions, will be Fully provided with a specified work term and condition. The public value of the full course is $4,880.

Continuing Education Support:

Clinical Pilates courses may be recognized as Continuing Education credits, and updates on the application process will be provided as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $25.00-$60.00 per hour
