We're currently seeking Registered Occupational Therapists to deliver community-based OT services across Coquitlam area. Whether you're looking to supplement your current full-time job or build a caseload with flexible hours, this role offers independence, collaboration, and the ability to make a difference.

- $80-100/hour – Competitive rate (includes travel time, report writing, and treatment sessions).
- Flexibility – Work around your own schedule and caseload preferences.

- Diverse Caseload – Work with individuals with physical injuries, brain injuries, and/or mental health challenges.
- Mentorship & Support – Orientation and guidance from experienced OTs in our team.
- Admin Support – We handle invoicing and submissions so you can focus on therapy.
- Collaborative Team – Join a close-knit, multidisciplinary group including OTs, PTs, Kinesiologists, Psychologists, Rehab Assistants, and more.

What You'll Do
As a Community OT, you'll:
- Assess clients in their homes, workplaces, and community settings.
- Develop individualized rehab plans and recommend adaptive equipment.
- Collaborate with clients experiencing physical, brain injury, or mental health conditions.
- Provide education and strategies for ADLs, functional mobility, and community re-engagement.
- Prepare and submit clinical reports to insurers, government programs, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
- Current registration (or eligibility) with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC (COTBC).
- Experience supporting individuals with physical injury, brain injury, or mental health conditions.
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible caseloads.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
