ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Production Assembler, you'll be a key part of the Manufacturing TEAM,

responsible for assembling and fabricating custom HVAC and Cleanroom

equipment used in critical facilities across North America.

This role is ideal for someone who values precision, craftsmanship, and quality,

and takes pride in seeing the results of their work come to life in highperformance

manufacturing systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble and fabricate custom HVAC and cleanroom equipment,

including ALUMAfoam panels, coils, fans, dampers, and insulation.

  • Operate manufacturing tools and machinery such as presses, drills, and shears.

  • Assist with electrical and mechanical installations.

  • Modify and customize assemblies to meet specific customer or project

requirements.

  • Perform quality inspections to ensure components meet our companies high

standards of accuracy and finish.

  • Handle and organize raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods.

  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and

workmanship.

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to

meet deadlines.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with

company safety protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Fabrication
  • Experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or HVAC production is an asset.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality.
  • Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and material calculations.
  • Physically capable of lifting materials, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
  • TEAM-oriented, safety-focused, and reliable.
  • Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours when required.
