Ads On Track, a Winnipeg-based digital marketing company, is looking for a
Freelance Sales Representative
to help local businesses grow through data-driven Google Ads campaigns.

This is a
commission-only role
, ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility, independence, and being rewarded directly for performance.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to small and medium-sized businesses that can benefit from Google Ads.
  • Confidently explain how Google Ads can help generate leads and sales for their business.
  • Present Ads On Track's service offerings and close new business deals.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure a smooth client handoff and onboarding.

What You'll Bring

  • A
    good understanding of marketing and Google Ads fundamentals
    — enough to confidently explain campaign benefits and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience in
    sales, marketing, or client acquisition
    (digital marketing agency experience is a plus).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
  • Based in or familiar with the Winnipeg business community.
