About The Role
The Territory Business Manager is responsible for developing and executing plans to grow the assigned territory by leveraging on critical thinking; offering an omni channel approach to healthcare professionals to assist them in educating parents to make informed choices about infant feeding, while maintaining Mead Johnson Nutrition's reputation as a science based pediatric company.
Your Responsibilities
Build Healthcare Professionals' Engagement Thru Insights:
Leverages insights to teach healthcare professionals about their practice in supporting parents and offer unique perspectives related to infant feeding.
Seeks to continually understand healthcare professional's environment, perspective and leverages knowledge to meet the objectives of the parents, company and healthcare professionals.
Develop & Execute Operational Plan:
Develops and executes operational sales plans to drive company business priorities.
Plans and executes medical education programs.
Prospects new healthcare professionals and identifies right healthcare professionals to support the organization's business priorities.
Plans customer touchpoints by leveraging a multi-channel approach, customizing, and personalizing communication for different customer types.
Leverage resources in an effective and efficient manner by:
Utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage, analyze, monitor, and plan territory activities.
Managing budget, making strategic and effective usage of resources available.
Sharing best practices with teams to achieve territory and regional objectives.
The Experience We're Looking For
Competencies:
Fluent in French and English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Drive performance, work independently to achieve goals and objectives that are aligned with company business priorities
Have strong work ethic and can work in a compliant and regulated environment
Quick learner, self-motivated
Ability to bring unique perspective and tailor communication to customers
Ability to analyze critical customer data and market information to make informed decisions
Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple work priorities while remaining focused on key goals
High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including TEAM, CRM systems, digital applications, and ability to learn and use new systems and technology in executing operational plans
Experience:
Minimum years' experience in pharmaceutical sales
Comprehensive knowledge of the community healthcare environment
This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time
Education:
University degree in Science, Commerce, or another related field
