Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic food service team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the food industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a vital part of our restaurant operations, you will contribute to creating a welcoming environment while ensuring efficient service and food quality. Prior experience in food preparation, cashiering, or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
  • Operate POS systems, including GiveX POS, for order processing and payment handling
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Support team members during busy periods by multitasking between serving, cashiering, and food prep duties

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
  • Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
  • Experience in serving or cashiering roles demonstrates excellent customer service skills and professionalism
  • FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED WITHIN 1 WEEK OF HIRING
