Job Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all warehouse activities including inventory control, receiving, and shipping, organization of goods, and supervising staff. This role requires both management skills and a willingness to assist in daily operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping).
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reduce discrepancies.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams for timely deliveries.
  • Schedule and supervise warehouse staff; provide training as needed.
  • Use inventory management software including stock moves and data entry to complete stock locations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
  • Knowledge of inventory software .
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Le responsable d'entrepôt est chargé de gérer toutes les activités de l'entrepôt, y compris le contrôle des stocks, la réception et l'expédition, l'organisation des marchandises et la supervision du personnel. Principales responsabilités

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l'entrepôt (réception, stockage, préparation des commandes et expédition).

  • Gérer les niveaux d'inventaire, effectuer des contrôles réguliers des stocks et réduire les écarts.

  • Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les protocoles de sécurité et la conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise.

  • Coordonner avec les fournisseurs, les transporteurs et les équipes internes les livraisons en temps voulu.

  • Programmer et superviser le personnel de l'entrepôt ; assurer la formation si nécessaire.

  • Optimiser l'agencement de l'entrepôt et le flux de travail pour plus d'efficacité.

  • Utiliser un logiciel de gestion des stocks pour suivre les stocks et générer des rapports.

Qualifications

  • Expérience préalable en gestion d'entrepôt ou d'inventaire (2 ans ou plus de préférence).

  • Solides compétences en matière de leadership et d'organisation.

  • Capacité à utiliser des chariots élévateurs ou d'autres équipements d'entrepôt (la certification est un atout).

  • Connaissance des logiciels d'inventaire et de Microsoft Office (Excel).

  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de résolution de problèmes.

  • Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 livres et à travailler dans un environnement d'entrepôt.
