Le
Spécialiste de l'entrepôt / de l'inventaire
joue un rôle clé dans le maintien de niveaux d'inventaire précis, la gestion efficace du flux de produits et le soutien des opérations quotidiennes de l'entrepôt. La personne idéale est proactive, organisée et à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique.
Responsabilités principales
- Réceptionner, inspecter et enregistrer les livraisons et les matériaux entrants.
- Préparer, emballer et expédier les commandes sortantes.
- Tenir à jour les registres d'inventaire dans notre système ERP / logiciel de gestion.
- Effectuer des comptages cycliques réguliers et participer aux audits trimestriels ou annuels.
- Identifier et résoudre les écarts d'inventaire.
- Assurer un étiquetage, un rangement et une organisation adéquats des produits.
- Utiliser de façon sécuritaire et efficace l'équipement d'entrepôt (ex. : transpalette, chariot élévateur).
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et bien organisé.
- Collaborer avec les équipes des achats, de la production et de la logistique pour atteindre les objectifs opérationnels.
Qualifications requises
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent (formation postsecondaire, un atout).
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion d'entrepôt ou d'inventaire.
- Excellente attention aux détails et fortes compétences organisationnelles.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion d'inventaire.
- Bonne connaissance de
Google Workspace (G Suite)
. - Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 lb et à travailler debout pendant de longues périodes.
- Certification de chariot élévateur (atout) ou volonté de l'obtenir.
- Permis de conduire valide et véhicule personnel requis.
- Personne fiable, ponctuelle et axée sur le travail d'équipe.

to join our operations team and help keep our products and processes running smoothly.
Position Overview
The Warehouse / Inventory Specialist plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient product flow, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and values organization and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our ERP/software system.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with quarterly/annual inventory audits.
- Track inventory discrepancies and assist in root-cause investigations.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of products.
- Operate warehouse equipment example: pallet jacks, forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset).
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with inventory software
- Knowledge of GSuite (Google Software)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification preferred, or willing to obtain.
- Drivers license and personal vehicle
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
