Role Summary

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is the bridge between attention and revenue.

You will:

  • Create marketing campaigns
  • Follow up with leads
  • Book consults
  • Assist with sales processes
  • Track performance
  • Make sure no lead falls through the cracks

Key Responsibilities Marketing Support

  • Assist with content distribution (social, email, offers, promos)
  • Help coordinate campaigns, launches, and promotions
  • Manage basic CRM updates and lead tracking
  • Organize testimonials, before/afters, and social proof
  • Support ad and funnel execution

Sales Coordination

  • Respond to inbound leads (DMs, forms, emails)
  • Follow up with prospects quickly and professionally
  • Book sales calls and consultations
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
  • Support the sales process from first contact to close
  • Keep pipelines clean and organized

Admin & Reporting

  • Track daily/weekly KPIs (leads, bookings, closes)
  • Update systems, spreadsheets, and CRM
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the sales flow
  • Communicate clearly with the owner and coaching team
