THE POSITION
As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping our team and supporting company growth by attracting, hiring, and retaining exceptional talent. You're a natural relationship-builder with a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and proven experience in identifying and engaging high-quality candidates. Whether sourcing for technical roles, analyzing hiring data, or partnering with senior leaders, you take ownership of the process and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT
- Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, managing everything from screening and interviews to assisting final hiring decisions.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks, focusing on long-term fit and retention.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Research market trends and compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using a mix of traditional sourcing methods and innovative, best-in-class recruitment strategies.
- Represent the company at recruitment events and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track key recruitment metrics, establish benchmarks, and create reports to guide data-driven improvements.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes by leveraging technology and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
- Ensure all hiring practices align with employment laws and internal compliance standards.

- Leverage business understanding, data-driven insights, and innovative sourcing strategies to improve team performance and enhance retention.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in high-volume recruitment within manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and relevant employment legislation.
- Proven ability to partner strategically with hiring managers to develop and execute effective talent acquisition plans.
- Skilled in leveraging recruitment analytics and key metrics to drive data-informed hiring decisions and improve process efficiency.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing needs, and work effectively both independently and within a team.
