**We're Hiring: Senior Corporate Recruiter – North America (Canada and the U.S)

In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and partner closely with HR and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.

What You'll Do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience
• Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategies
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (passive outreach, job boards, events, etc.)
• Leverage market and competitive data to shape hiring approaches
• Ensure compliance with all US and Canadian hiring regulations
• Utilize UKG ATS for recruitment tracking and reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement through metrics and insights

What You Bring

• 7+ years of recruiting experience (mix of agency and in-house preferred)
• Strong experience sourcing, leveraging LinkedIn and other sourcing tools in both the US and Canada
• Expert use of varied ATS systems, use of UKG preferred
• Proven ability to align hiring with business goals and workforce planning
• Highly skilled in passive candidate engagement, pipelining critical talent and storytelling around employer value proposition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• A track record of high-quality, long-term hires
• Less than 10% Travel
