Sapiens is on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Analyst (Bilingual English - French) to become a key player in our North America team. Overview:

  • Analyzed Business Requirements, wrote test cases, executed test cases & documented problems found in Test Director/Quality Center/Zephyr for jira.
  • Developed test cases focusing on functional test matrixes of software from the start of development until release.
  • Experienced in determining the cause of test failures in various subsystem levels.
  • Worked with developers to resolve problems found during testing. Re-test resolved issues to ensure problem resolution.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience in Life insurance domain (individual life and annuities) – Must
  • Experience in creating automated test scripts, focusing on optimizing regression testing and reducing manual efforts- Significant advantage
  • 3 years' experience as QA – Must
  • Knowledge of software testing methodology and techniques – Must
  • Experience writing STP, STD, STR – Advantage
  • Experience writing SQL – Must
  • Relevant degree – Advantage
  • Graduate SQA Course with ISTQB Certification – Advantage
  • Experience in software design in an Excel environment – Advantage
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to work independently and work in a team.
  • Experience in any client facing roles (can be pre-Sales, etc)
  • Willingness to an intense environment (including overtime).
  • Experienced with test case creation and execution to cover Functional, Regression, Integration and E2E testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
  • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Zephyr for jira, qTest, QC)
  • Bilingual English French - Must
