As Senior Event Manager for Dead by Daylight, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact live and digital events that engage our community of player, amplify brand visibility, and support key marketing beats. You'll collaborate closely with brand, community, marketing creative and production teams to deliver immersive experiences and memorable presence.In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting experiences that deepen our connection with the community and bring the game's horror and lore into the real world.

In this role you will :

  • Develop and own the global event roadmap aligned with marketing campaigns and game milestones.
  • Define event goals, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with brand and community teams.
  • Develop and execute strategies to showcase Dead by Daylight brand at horror conventions, gaming events, fan meetups, and other community-driven events.
  • Plan and execute livestreams: from developing broadcast plans and run-of-show to directing live streams, managing technical setups, and troubleshooting in real time
  • Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work closely and ensure consistent messaging and lore integration across all event touchpoints, including Brand Marketing, Community, PR, Influence, and Game Production teams.
  • Source and manage agencies, venues, production crews, and technical providers.
  • Analyze event performance and player feedback to inform future initiatives, and deliver post-mortem reports with actionable insights and recommendations .

What we're looking for :

  • Technical expertise in live streaming: OBS or similar broadcast software.
  • 5-9 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale events (digital and physical).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of player communities.
