An opportunity is available for the Club House Manager position at the Smoky Lake Golf Club ). The primary responsibility of the successful applicant will be to oversee the overall operations of the Pro Shop and Kitchen. The candidate will be in a leadership role in developing and directing the Club House operations and employees.

This position reports to the Board of Directors and will follow SLGC Policies & Procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, direct and supervise Club House staff utilizing effective leadership skills
  • This is a working supervisor position and the candidate must be able to perform all activities in the Pro Shop.
  • Responsible to train employees on the effective & efficient delivery of services within the Pro Shop & Kitchen.
  • Responsible for the safety training and implementation of safe work programs compliant with OH&S.
  • Develop, manage and monitor annual budget and expenses
  • Responsible for the creation of an inclusive, respectful & welcoming environment.

Salary & Benefits will be commensurate with skills and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
