This position reports to the Board of Directors and will follow SLGC Policies & Procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule, direct and supervise Club House staff utilizing effective leadership skills
- Responsible to train employees on the effective & efficient delivery of services within the Pro Shop & Kitchen.
- Responsible for the safety training and implementation of safe work programs compliant with OH&S.
- Develop, manage and monitor annual budget and expenses
- Responsible for the creation of an inclusive, respectful & welcoming environment.

Salary & Benefits will be commensurate with skills and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
