Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.Position Overview: Responsible for representing the needs and desires of the stakeholder community to the team of Agile teams and will be the experts on the market and the customer. This role would specifically support the Edits business unit under Payment Integrity.  Accountable for one or more Agile teams and drives the solution concept across these multiple teams.How You Will Make an Impact:Defines and Prioritizes Features for Program BacklogFacilitates and Presents Features to System Architect and Dev Leads during Roadmap/Feature RefinementCreates and Maintains Program RoadmapFocused on the business case product strategy/definition/positioning road map development portfolio management full competitive analysis win/loss analysis forecasting and value delivery through the ecosystemCommunicate the customer needs and participates in validation of proposed solutionsCollaborate with the Product Owners to continuously develop and communicate the vision for the scrum teams and are key to efficient and effective developmentResponsible for the Program Epic/Initiative backlog at the Agile Lean Program LevelPartner with the stakeholders to develop the business case for Epics/features that affect the Agile Release Train (ART) or Team of Agile Teams and makes decisions regarding what epics/features the product or program will have based on the understanding of the customer needsUtilize the right key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product performanceSupports portfolio work including budget parameters and strategic themesAdvocates for current and future funding and drives requests for funding and secures budget for the continuous flow of value to customersCollaborates with the system and solution architects to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the key technical aspects to support the new business functionalityBuilds an effective product manager/product owner team for multiple trains in support of their value stream but may not necessarily report to the same organizationMentors Product Managers to confidently drive solutions across teamsKey driver of business value delivery at the program levelRequired Qualifications: Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years experience with writing business/functional requirements and experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent backgroundSAFe (SA) certification requiredPreferred Qualifications: Payment integrity experience is a must haveAdvanced experience with Jira is a mustExperience with Edits within payment integrity space strongly preferredDemonstrated success translating business strategy and customer needs into project roadmaps preferredDirect experience owning Edit Logic, rules engine, Validation workflows preferredExperience building and implementing roadmapsIntermediate experience with Power point, AHA PreferredFor candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $111,760 to $192,785Locations: California; IllinoisIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
