What you will do
Manage the entire product life cycle for Global's healthcare payment middleware solution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.
Drive product strategy and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap for the payment middleware product integrated with healthcare HIS.
Coordinate with business stakeholders for product releases, training sessions, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the development team on product development, enhancements, and maintenance, following agile methodology best practices.
Maintain strong knowledge of network infrastructure and requirements relevant to healthcare payment solutions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Provide clear communication and documentation for all stakeholders involved in the product ecosystem.
Continuously seek opportunities for product improvement based on user feedback and industry trends.
Respond promptly and accurately to queries related to product features, releases, and integration with healthcare HIS.
Hybrid, based 1-2 days a week out of our Steeles Ave, Toronto offices

What we are looking for
Strong network infrastructure and connectivity knowledge, preferably in healthcare.
Knowledge and understanding of payment solution implementation cycle, PCI-DSS, SRED, device encryption, and secure injection processes.
Knowledge of payment processing flows, including EMV, NFC/contactless, magnetic stripe, tokenization, PCI requirements, and acquirer/processor integrations.
Experience configuring and managing terminal management systems (TMS) including remote key injection (RKI), software updates, estate management, and configuration deployment.
Deep experience with networking protocols relevant to payment devices:
Wi-Fi, Ethernet, USB, serial communication
TLS/SSL, certificates, VPN, firewall rules
Troubleshooting connectivity for embedded devices
Ability to translate terminal capabilities into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
Bachelor's Degree, Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree
5+ years relevant product management experience in banking, payment or Fintech industries
Bilingual (French/English) will be considered a strong asset
Demonstrated experience in technical POS development and systems certification should be coupled with strong capabilities in strategic thinking.
Experience in business analysis and planning, product launch experience, business case development and project management.
Experience in developing and executing product specific plans to ensure that revenue, profitability and timing objectives are achieved.
Formidable capabilities in project management, business analysis, segmentation and business case development.
Well-developed presentation skills in conveying factual, technical and conceptual information.
Organizing and project managing multiple complex initiatives to deliver required solutions within set targets, including revenue, time and expense budgets.
Analytical ability to maintain focus and judgement on delivering customer needs while executing cost efficient projects.
Interpersonal and influential skills to convince internal and external stakeholders of the value of a recommended course of action and to resolve complex or competing interests.
Exceptional people communication and collaboration skills
Strong business and financial acumen in identifying the opportunities, gaps and enhancements
Strong communication skills with ability to explain highly technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable leading technical conversations with engineers and detailed specification discussions with vendors.
Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical thinking.
Ability to support pilot deployments, troubleshoot issues, and guide internal teams during rollouts.

$95,000 - $105,000
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
