Victoria, British Columbia, Canada INNOV8 Group Construction Inc. Full time $66,560 - $77,120 per year

INNOV8 Group Construction is currently seeking an experienced Foreman/Crew lead who is a finishing carpenter that is reliable, displays exceptional attention to detail, possesses a positive attitude, strong work ethic and has a commitment to safety.

List of Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team, without the requirement of immediate supervision.

Applicant will take on a lead role and have an integral part in the development of younger more inexperienced recruits while managing the structure and efficiency of a site and its scheduling requirements.

Applicant will have a direct working relationship with other management level personnel.

Finishing carpentry to include installation of doors, window liners, door/window casings, baseboards, door/bathroom hardware, crown moldings, etc.

Installation of custom millwork and cabinetry.

Residential , commercial , institutional

Applicants must be highly experienced, professionals in the field of construction and carpentry.

Must have strong leadership skills and a desire to meet the high quality standards of our brand

· Must understand practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, terminology and site safety

· Must hold valid BC Driver's Licence and reliable transportation

·Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must have the ability to learn quickly and to adapt to an ever changing highly challenging work environment.

· Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Must be punctual with a strong sense of accountability and order .

INNOV8 Group offers competitive wages and career advancement opportunities. There are 3 available full-time positions (40 hrs per week), Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4:00 pm. Wages will be based on experience and skill level.

INNOV8 will provide all large power tools for use by qualified employees.
