Skilled Labourer

About the Job
We're building a massive engineered Verti-Block retaining wall — concrete infill, rebar, drainage, the works. The crew is already stacked with an experienced foreman and excavator operator.
Now we just need one strong, reliable labourer to round out the team and help us push this wall up right.
If you like working outdoors, running gear, learning from experienced tradesmen, and being part of a crew that builds serious projects — this is the one to jump on.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with block placement, backfill, drainage, and concrete pours
- Helping prep and clean up the site daily
- Running compactors, hand tools, and small equipment
- Spotting for machines and helping with material staging
- Working safely and keeping the site organized
We're Looking For
- Reliable and ready to work — show up, work hard, go home proud
- Physically capable of lifting, shoveling, and moving materials
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or retaining wall work is a bonus (but not required)
- Team player — follows direction and keeps a good attitude on site
- Has steel toes, hi-vis, and reliable transportation
What You Get
- Steady work with a tight crew that knows what they're doing
- Learn hands-on from skilled operators and foreman
- Competitive pay and opportunity for more work after this project
- Respectful job site — no nonsense, just solid work
If you want to be part of building something that'll stand for decades — come join us.
