Business Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with around 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, support project implementation, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and business teams to support project delivery.
- Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to support decision-making.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful project implementation.
- Generate business reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Support change management activities and provide documentation or training as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
