About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with around 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, support project implementation, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with IT, product, and business teams to support project delivery.
  • Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to support decision-making.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Generate business reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
  • Support change management activities and provide documentation or training as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
