Duties

  • Assist with the setup and operation of machinery using hand tools and power tools to support manufacturing processes
  • Must have work experience in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Support assembly line activities by handling materials, parts, and components efficiently and accurately
  • Operate forklifts safely to move materials and supplies within the factory or warehouse area
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure safety standards are maintained
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including storage areas and tool stations
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed
  • Load, unload, and transfer raw materials or finished products within the facility using appropriate equipment
  • Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Skills

  • Experience operating forklifts with valid certification preferred but not required; training can be provided for qualified candidates
  • Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable
  • Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for working with machinery and tools
  • Familiarity with assembly line procedures and manufacturing workflows
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort working in storage or distribution environments
  • Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts
