Schedule

  • 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with occasional weekends based on business needs.

Pay

  • $55,000 - $60,000/annum

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations of the site;
  • Delegate industrial cleaning tasks to 15-20 team members;
  • Provide coaching and training to new employees;
  • Perform physically repetitive cleaning tasks such as scrubbing, heavy lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, prolonged standing and walking;
  • Must wear proper PPE including safety shoes/boots, protective face wear, and gloves;
  • Follow all company safety policies, practices, and procedures;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead in an industrial environment;
  • Industrial cleaning experience is considered an asset;
  • Minimum high school level education;
  • Must be able to reliably commute to work;
  • Must meet all health and safety requirements;
  • Possess a valid driver's license;
  • Able to commute to the Cambridge, ON site for work.
