Role Description

We're looking to add a motivated M&A Associate (Consultant) to our Northern Ontario team at DSMA. This is a remote consulting role with commission-based, unlimited earning potential, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships within the automotive dealer network.

You will act as a trusted advisor to dealership clients—sourcing opportunities, analyzing financials, supporting negotiations, and guiding them through the buy–sell process. Backed by the full DSMA team, you'll play a key role in helping dealers achieve successful transitions.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong networking skills and connections within the dealership community
  • Solid understanding of dealership operations and  financials
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities
  • Experience supporting due diligence and assessing financial/operational data
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and effective in a remote consulting environment
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (asset)
