Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a sales professional with leadership potential who enjoys coaching others, analyzing performance, and contributing to business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in daily operations, planning, and performance tracking.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Help onboard, train, and guide sales representatives to improve productivity and performance.
- Prepare reports on sales results, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Represent the sales department in internal meetings and cross-functional projects.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in a supervisory, lead, or coaching role.
- Background in B2B or industry-specific sales.
- Experience contributing to strategic planning or forecasting.

Pay: $102,000.00-$178,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
