Daniel & Partners LLP is in search of a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our practice by managing transactions, drafting documents, and assisting with real estate closing procedures. Preference will be awarded to graduates of a Law Clerk/Legal Assistant program, with Real Estate experience.
Responsibilities
-Prepare, review and process real estate transaction documents;
-Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and others to ensure a smooth transaction process;
-Monitor deadlines, and follow up on outstanding requirements;
-Draft accounts and reports to clients;
-Provide administration support to lawyers, including correspondence and file management
Requirements
-Knowledge of real estate transaction processes;
-Proficiency in real estate software (Teraview, LDD, MS Office);
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary: Competitive, and commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
