Job Summary:

- Real estate license not required. However, would be considered an asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with marketing efforts including creating listing materials and managing online listings
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Maintenance of social media platforms
- Handle direction well while working in a demanding environment

**Skills**:

- Proficient at Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Paragon, Skyslope, MyRealPage, InDesign, Acrobat, Canva
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Continual knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Problem-solver, self-starter, take initiative to find better ways and improve processes
