In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- In collaboration with the day shift supervision team, plan, organize, and control all activities in our foundry during the evening shift
- Distribute and assign tasks to employees with the support of team leaders
- Ensure the rigorous application of Occupational Health and Safety standards, including rounds and necessary corrections
- Implement improvement initiatives that can influence the daily results and efficiency of your employees
- Ensure the proper management of all plant operations to achieve health, safety, quality, and productivity objectives
- Implement improvement projects to promote the efficiency of operations
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure product compliance at all stages

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- Relevant recognized training combined with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- You are able to plan and organize a team's work effectively.
- Your employees' health and safety at work is your priority.
- You are recognized as a leader capable of motivating a team.
- You are a good communicator, both in groups and individually.
- You enjoy juggling multiple tasks.
- You are comfortable working with Outlook, Excel, and various other systems.
