**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
The world of maintenance has always interested you? In addition, personnel management and continuous improvement must be part of your next challenge?

At Soucy Rubber, we are looking for a maintenance supervisor who will be in charge of a team of about fifteen unionized employees. You will report to the maintenance department manager.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Supervise the team and the execution of maintenance activities in a 7/24 hour production context
- Ensure prevention and safety in the workplace and enforce instructions and procedures
- Plan maintenance work on a weekly and monthly basis
- Create purchase requisitions for parts required for the execution of repair work as needed
- Manage access and work of subcontractors related to the equipment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industrial safety rules
- Manage a team of unionized employees and enforce the rules of the collective agreement
- Actively participate in the development of the equipment reliability plan and its update according to the criticality of the equipment. Also participate in failure mode analyses (PMO/AMDEC)
- Create preventive maintenance work orders based on the results of PMO/AMDEC activities
- Ensure synergy between production and maintenance and delegate daily management system (DMS) activities to the team, such as shift transfers and other communication modes implemented
- Maintain and communicate performance indicators in relation to the organization's management system and lead the analysis of the causes of machine downtime
- Act as a resource person for technological innovations and equipment acquisitions by integrating them into the preventive maintenance plan
- Perform all other tasks requested by his/her immediate supervisor

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- DEP in electromechanics or mechanical engineering or relevant experience in mechanical engineering
- Relevant experience in team management and supervision
- Knowledge of Interal CMMS software would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
