**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Reporting to the Production Manager, your main mandate will be to develop planning management strategies. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and dispatching production and subcontracting work to meet customer expectations. You will be responsible for preparing execution schedules and determining, with the production team, the required manpower levels. You will also be responsible for delivery dates, production schedule tracking and inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials and work in progress.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Establish, in collaboration with the production supervisors, the manpower requirements of the various departments
- Schedule production
- Process minor or major NCRs (non-conformance reports) and plan rework as needed as well as follow-up
- Work in conjunction with other divisions for the supply of castings or with the purchasing team for raw materials
- Evaluate the amount of work to be done, promise the delivery date to the customer as well as the machinery and manpower requirements for production

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- DEC in operations management or other related discipline
- Experience in planning in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ERP system, an asset
- Good knowledge of the Office 365 suite
