Sales Representative – Full-Time (Ontario)

What You'll Be Working On


•    Present and sell the products to existing customers to ensure growth within the designated territory.


•    Identifying and Establishing New Business: Research potential clients, generate leads, and build relationships to expand the customer base.


•    Show the ability to close sales and ensure that the sales opportunities progress through the sales funnel.

  • Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Maintaining Client Relationships: Provide excellent after-sales service, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.


•     Cooperate with management to develop new products, create promotional programs, and communications.


•     Complete requested sales and market analysis, account plans, and provide market insights.

  • Participate in industry trade shows, corporate presentations, sales meetings, and customer business reviews.
  • Negotiating Contracts and Proposals: Discuss pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales agreements.

About You – Preferred Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales or customer service (B2B).
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office or related software.
  • A goal-oriented, organized professional with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to travel throughout the designated territory.

Compensation

Base Pay: Up to $60,000 annually, plus commissions
