Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. This role requires strong time management and organizational skills, along with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities.
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for guest occupancy.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
  • Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in good condition.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with laundry and other cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or special instructions.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
