Job Summary

CMN Exterior Maintenance is hiring experienced landscaping professionals and hard-working landscape labourers for the upcoming season.

We're a 5.0-star rated landscaping company focused on property maintenance, landscape construction, clean-ups, softscaping, and select hardscaping projects. Our reputation is built on reliability, quality work, and crews that take pride in what they do.

Positions Available: Landscape Crew Lead / Experienced Landscaper

For someone with strong landscaping experience who can run jobs and lead a crew.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage landscaping job sites
  • Oversee property maintenance, clean-ups, and landscape installs
  • Soil prep, grading, sod installation, planting, and mulching
  • Operate landscaping tools and equipment
  • Keep jobs on schedule and maintain high quality standards
  • Communicate with crew and clients professionally

Landscaping experience required

Landscape Labourer:

Experience is a plus, but not required — work ethic is everything.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscaping, maintenance, and installs
  • Perform physically demanding outdoor work
  • Follow direction and learn landscaping skills
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites

  • $25–$50 per hour (based on experience & performance)
  • Full-time & Seasonal
  • 40–60 hours per week
