About Precious Gardens

Founded in 2007, Precious Gardens is an elite landscape and garden design company known for exceptional craftsmanship, discretion, and attention to detail. We work with high-end residential clients who expect professionalism, refined execution, and a white-glove experience from start to finish. With roots that extend far earlier through our family's business at Van Beek's Landscape Supply. From a young age, we were immersed in the craft learning that true quality comes from intention, patience, and respect for both the materials and the people we serve. That foundation continues to define everything we do today.

We are intentionally selective in the projects we take on and the team members we hire. Our work is not volume-driven—it is quality-driven, relationship-focused, and built to last. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Project Manager who understands luxury standards and can confidently manage projects and clients at this level.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee premium landscape projects from planning through completion, ensuring every detail meets the expectations of our high-end clientele. This role also supports business growth through occasional quoting and sales involvement and requires the ability to read and interpret landscape plans and drawings.

This is a leadership role with long-term potential, including the opportunity for future equity for the right candidate who demonstrates alignment, performance, and commitment.

  • Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and internal crews
  • Act as the primary point of contact for discerning, high-value clients
  • Read, interpret, and execute work based on landscape plans and drawings
  • Prepare quotes and assist with sales and client consultations as needed
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to elite quality standards
  • Conduct site visits, quality control checks, and post-project follow-ups
  • Maintain organized project documentation and reporting
  • Contribute to operational improvements and business growth initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven project management experience (landscaping, construction, or related field preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand landscape or construction drawings
  • Experience working with high-end or luxury clients is a strong asset
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Estimating and quoting experience is an asset
  • Client-first mindset with exceptional professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable representing a premium brand
  • Proficient with computers and project management tools
  • Valid driver's license

What We Offer

  • Starting salary of $70,000+ (based on experience)
  • Benefits package
  • Vehicle allowance (with potential for company vehicle)
  • Company computer and office support
  • A respectful, professional, high-standard work environment
  • Long-term growth potential, including future equity opportunities
