division. We need someone to lead our digital content and marketing strategy as we grow this part of our business. This is a ground-floor position where you'll be building our landscaping social media presence from the beginning - creating the content strategy, establishing our voice, and generating leads through digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Threads that showcases our landscaping projects;
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across social media platforms;
- Plan and maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent brand presence;
- Visit job sites to capture high-quality photo and video content throughout project completion;
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth;
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies based on data insights;
- Collaborate with the team to align all marketing efforts with company objectives and growth goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in video editing and
graphic design
using mobile or desktop platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or similar tools; - Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook content creation with proven ability to create engaging social media content;
- Hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads;
- Portfolio showcasing previous content creation work with measurable results or engagement metrics;
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently;
- Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices across all major platforms;
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new content creation methods, tools, and platforms;
- Experience with social media analytics tools to track performance and generate reports;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for creating compelling captions and engaging with audiences.
