Summary of Position

The HR Business Partner provides employees and leaders support on performance and career development, manager coaching, culture and HR initiatives. This role is keen to innovate, confident in their abilities as a Business Partner, thoughtful and empathetic, and excited to have a profound impact on the healthcare industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with business leaders, people managers and employees, and provide guidance on all organization and people matters.
  • Partner with client group(s), other People Partners and DEI team to create an inclusive culture focused on open communication, accountability and belonging.
  • Design and execute retention and engagement strategies to continually develop and retain high performer and high potential talent.
  • Advise client groups on all things people-related: performance management, talent development, compensation, leadership coaching, employee relations and organizational design.
  • Collaborate closely with our People Team's Centers of Excellence to support company-wide People initiatives.
  • Help solve complex organizational challenges using people-related solutions to move our mission and business goals forward.
  • Bring an innovative mindset to solving people problem and collaborate with the broader People team to find creative solutions.
  • Utilize people metrics to find root causes and develop short and mid-term strategies.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, generalist, or HR Manager.
  • Minimum of two years' experience supporting client groups required.
  • Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships and provide high quality service with key internal partners.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and thrives while guiding the business through change.
