Your Mission

2. HR Advisory & Operations
- Policy Implementation
: Lead HR processes including Recruitment, Career Management, and Training. - Administration
: Manage employment contracts, time/absence tracking, and administrative follow-up. - Legal Compliance
: Ensure the application of employment legislation to mitigate risks and uphold HR procedures across departments.
3. HR Projects & Analytics
- Project management & Innovation
: Take ownership of the HR projects that will enable smartTrade to achieve its objectives and implement its strategy (employer branding, learning and development, employee experience, digitalization). - Data-Driven:
Analyze HR indicators to continuously improve our internal practices.
4. Office Management (Toronto Hub)
- Local Operations:
Lead the daily life of the Toronto office (Including ordering office and kitchen supplies, supporting the office refurbishment, liaising with building management for maintenance and issues). - Community:
Organize onsite and offsite staff events and act as the main point of contact for building management.
