Rehabilitation Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, primarily assisting ICBC clients. This role involves supporting the implementation of rehabilitation programs to help clients achieve their highest possible level of independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Care:
- Assist in implementing individualized rehabilitation plans as designed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Support clients with activities to improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the Occupational Therapist.
- Provide encouragement and motivation to clients throughout their rehabilitation process.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Occupational Therapist and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
