Litigation Associate (Calgary)

Job description

Our client has long been recognized as one of Canada's pre-eminent multi generational litigation practices. They are currently looking to add a lawyer with experience in Civil / Commercial Litigation that's highly motivated, a self starter with an outstanding academic record and highly developed communication skills to join their growing team in Calgary.

Your new role

In this new role you will be required to handle a large number of files through the litigation process both independently and as a member of an experienced team.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 2+ years' post-call experience, with demonstrated knowledge and interest in Litigation particularly complex litigation matters. You can work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. You will also have strong teamwork skills, trustworthy, accountable, proactive and a positive work attitude. You will also have confidence and legal acumen to do great work, and relish in the thrill and accomplishment of winning a case to better their client's causes.
