What is in it for you:
• Hourly salary of $
• 12-month contract.
• Part-time (approx. 10 hours/week; may vary between 6–20 hours).
• Work schedule: 2 hours/day, flexible between 7 am–6 pm.
• Location: Fully remote (EST time zone).
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with internal and external customers to understand data requirements.
• Prioritize reporting needs based on customer urgency and business value.
• Generate and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports with accuracy and clarity.
• Escalate complex reporting requests when necessary.
• Continuously build technical and Group Benefits knowledge to expand reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with teammates to streamline reporting processes and templates.
• Support Group Benefits data governance by serving as a first point of contact for reporting quality.
What you will need to succeed:
• Currently enrolled in College or University with a focus on data, analytics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; ideal for students seeking part-time work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Experience writing SQL queries for reporting is an asset.
• Exposure to high-volume or recurring report generation is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting.
• Experience with change management and deployment cycles.
