Position Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, workforce planning, or business intelligence.

  • Demonstrated experience with Power BI, SQL, and Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling).

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Azure Databricks, Python, Power Apps/Automate.

  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).

  • Knowledge of workforce management systems and cloud data platforms.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between

$57,675.00 CAD - $96,125.00 CAD
