Talent Services is AMF Media Group's consulting and recruiting division. We place consultants on projects with companies in all industries, and through our search services help clients hire full-time employees.

In this role, you willwork closely with candidates and clients alike.

Your primary responsibility is fulfilling critical roles for clients. This includes researching and identifying candidates with the right expertise and introducing them to the client while highlighting both hard and soft skills.

You will also:

· Research and source candidates from our CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter

· Creatively identify candidates to fill complex roles quickly

· Screen, negotiate, and manage consultant and client relationships

· Present selected candidates to clients, facilitate interviews, meetings, final selection

· Update and adhere to the Recruiting Lifecycle during each project. This includes project management, policies, process, CRM and systems

· Establish relationships with clients, board members, and candidates

· Manage multiple searches ensuring all active searches continue smoothly throughout the placement process

You are:

· Driven, and approach work with a sense of urgency

· Naturally a do-er and figure-it-out-er

· Extremely detail-oriented and organized

· Skilled at writing and a professional and concise communicator

· Innately relationship/service-oriented, confident leading conversations

· A college graduate with 4-10 years of relevant work experience

· Location: Vancouver, hybrid three days a week in office

· Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000 annually with full benefits
