About the Opportunity:

As a Civil Superintendent, you will oversee daily operations on-site for various infrastructure projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll be responsible for managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and driving project schedules forward. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities for civil construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and environmental regulations.
- Provide leadership to field crews, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks to maintain project integrity.
- Prepare daily reports and documentation related to site activities and project milestones.
What Brings You to the Table:
- 10+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
- Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, including road construction, underground utilities, and excavation.
- Proven ability to lead and manage on-site construction teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
