Lead Plumber in Operations

We are located in Yellowknife, NT., and operating throughout the Northwest Territories and Vancouver Island.
We are hiring a Lead Plumber to build an elite team in the North. We have all the tools, infrastructure, and equipment needed. We've previously had a team and looking to start up the division again, with an opportunity for profit share of up to 15 to 20% of the profits in the Mechanical division.
We are looking for someone who has built up, maintained, and grown a team before and can handle working in a cold climates, gets along well with others, and creates a positive team culture, with resources available to add value to the team.
The position is Full-time, based out of Yellowknife, NT. Subsidized staff accommodation is available to assist with a relocation bonus if available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
