Sylvite is seeking a motivated General Labourer for our Nu-Tec division in Putnam. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping ensure fertilizers and specialty landscape products are prepared, handled, and delivered efficiently to support our customers across North America.

About the Role

· Assist with package filling on the Nu Tec line

· Loading and unloading fertilizer and other supplies.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas.

· Support team members in daily operational tasks as needed.

· Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

· Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.

· Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as required.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

· Team-oriented with good communication skills.

· Previous experience in a labor or warehouse environment is an asset but not required.
