Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Surrey, BC. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Duties include generating client leads, providing market analysis, conducting property showings, negotiating purchase agreements, and facilitating real estate transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Proven skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Strong background in Customer Service and client satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is a plus
