About Us: Breakside Real Estate Group is passionate about creating a great experience for our clients, and we're looking for a friendly, professional Sales Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first person visitors meet, you'll help set the tone by providing a warm welcome and supporting our sales team with day-to-day marketing and sales activities.

We're looking for someone upbeat, energetic, and approachable — the kind of person who enjoys making others feel comfortable and at ease. This is a role has both full and part-time opportunities. Hours are approximately 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM, making it a great fit for students or anyone looking for flexible work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors as they enter the sales centre and sign them in as guests.
  • Maintain the showhome, signage, and presentation centre (PC) in pristine condition by following a weekly/daily cleaning checklist.
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, reporting traffic, and filing.
  • Prepare brochures and welcome packages for guests.
  • Assist with hosting special events—help with event setup, guest interactions, and clean-up.
  • Ensure the setup and takedown of balloons, signage, and showhome(s) for all events.
  • Take on additional duties as required to support the team and sales process.

Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (required).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior real estate experience is an asset but not required.
