Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas according to our recipes and standards. Your expertise in food preparation and knowledge of food safety regulations will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook pizzas, ensuring they are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards

- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in taste and presentation

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing dough

- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to the kitchen manager

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper sanitation procedures

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role in the food industry

- Knowledge of pizza-making techniques and ability to create various pizza styles

- Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- Flexible scheduling, availability for closing shifts are also required
