Requirements

  • Reside within 15 minutes of the restaurant (2838 E. Hastings Street, Vancouver) OR have your own reliable car.
  • Must be available on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. 5–6 hours per shift, 15 hours per week to start. Must work closing shifts until 12 AM on weekdays and 5 AM on weekends
  • Ability to be on-call and work when needed.
  • 3–6 months of food service/restaurant experience as a pizza maker is a PLUS.
  • Ability to work under pressure during lunch & dinner rush: pizza making, customer service, and store upkeep.
  • Solid work ethic, accountability, and a positive can-do mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest journey and customer experience.
  • Follow and execute Freshslice standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and following FIFO guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and food prep areas.
  • Adhere to all food safety procedures to protect customers and staff.

Your experience in food preparation and cooking will help deliver consistently high-quality pizzas that exceed customer expectations.
